Semi-tunel

R5e Consulting Engineers designed a Semi-Tunnel for the ER (Regional Roadway) serving Ribeira Quente. By assessing the several construction constraints, which included the need to keep traffic circulation during construction and the height and extension of the hill, was adopted this structure that is both more economical and with less environmental impact than the other studied solutions.
