The R5e Consulting Engineers was invited to develop several projects of foundations and structure of Commercial Buildings. The building has a covered area of ​​10000 m2. In order to optimize the structural wise and cost wise the structure was developed with concrete columns, to avoid the expensive cost of the fire protection painting in steel columns, and the roof was performed by steel trusses to achieve big spans, with cost/sqm ratios very economic.
